This chatbot serves as a 24/7 digital intake officer, seamlessly integrating with Bpoint for secure payments, Calendly for automated consultation bookings, and Smokeball for direct synchronization with their legal practice management software.

The system handles complex maritime and fisheries law inquiries, provides instant preliminary guidance, and ensures that legal professionals receive well-qualified, pre-screened leads with all necessary context and documentation already in hand.
